Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the main point of contact for assigned affiliate partners, building strong relationships and addressing concerns.
  • •Draft partner recruitment pitches and partner newsletters to drive action.
  • •Develop and execute affiliate marketing campaigns with partners; monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities.
  • •Track and analyze affiliate KPIs (clicks, conversions, revenue) and prepare regular weekly/monthly reporting for stakeholders and affiliates.
  • •Synthesize campaign learnings and provide data-driven recommendations to internal teams to improve campaign effectiveness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred or in progress).
  • •1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, account management, or a related role.
  • •Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • •Excellent communication and writing skills to build rapport with affiliate partners and internal teams.
  • •Analytical mindset with data tools proficiency (e.g., Tableau, Amplitude) and affiliate tracking/Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
