Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement the retail risk strategy for the IBG market across Egypt.
•Manage the complete credit cycle function, including policy, MIS, CIC, CCRD, fraud, QA, credit-related systems, and external verification partners.
•Ensure that Risk Charge is as per plan and that credit policy supports healthy business growth.
•Oversee policy formulation and other credit functions to balance risk and reward for the business.
•Ensure audit and controls within Risk units across IBG markets, with compliance to central bank guidelines.

Key Requirements

•6-8 years of experience as Head of Credit Cycle, covering all products.
•12-15 years of credit experience.
•International exposure of working across geographies.
•Balanced thought process based on risk & reward equation.
•Strong leadership and policy formulation capabilities to drive credit strategy.
