Key Responsibilities

  • •Support BIM and digital delivery in line with AECOM standards and client requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Develop, implement, and manage Project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), MIDP, and TIDPs.
  • •Oversee multidisciplinary BIM model coordination and manage clash detection, coordination, and issue resolution.
  • •Govern the common data environment (ACC/BIM 360/ProjectWise), including workflows, permissions, and information exchange.
  • •Lead BIM QA/QC processes, model audits, and compliance checks; manage dashboards and reporting, and mentor BIM/digital delivery team members.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of BIM delivery experience in the AEC industry, including leadership roles, with proven BIM or digital delivery management on large complex projects.
  • •Strong expertise coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models using Revit, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD.
  • •Extensive experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360 / ProjectWise, including common data environment governance.
  • •Experience managing clash detection, coordination, and issue resolution using Navisworks and/or Revizto or similar platforms.
  • •Proficiency with Dynamo for automation and Power BI dashboards for BIM data reporting.
