Job Summary

Evaluate and investigate search quality by manually reviewing search queries and the corresponding results pages to reflect real user experience. Conduct daily strategy-vs-strategy assessments and quarterly competition comparisons, analyze user search intent through query classification, and flag inaccurate or misleading content. Provide ideal search result recommendations and feedback improvements while following QA/POC tasks and unified evaluation guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform SBS assessment and complete daily assessments comparing new vs. old strategies against evaluation standards to determine which better satisfies user demand.
•Conduct competition assessments by completing quarterly comparisons of the company platform vs. competing platforms to support product development and business growth.
•Analyze user search intent through query classification to determine requirements for ideal search results.
•Identify and flag inaccurate or misleading content during evaluation.
•Receive tasks from QA/POC and follow/evaluate against guidelines, providing ideal search results and feedback improvements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above.
•Excellent Vietnamese and English communication skills with stakeholders in Vietnamese- and English-speaking markets.
•Strong ability to learn and understand.
•Able to work in a high-tempo environment and adapt to day-to-day challenges.
