  • •Conduct competition assessments by completing quarterly comparisons of the company platform vs. competing platforms to support product development and business growth.
  • •Analyze user search intent through query classification to determine requirements for ideal search results.
  • •Identify and flag inaccurate or misleading content during evaluation.
