Build end-to-end features for Reddit’s Moderation organization, from prototyping and validation through launch and continuous iteration. Key Responsibilities

•Drive new features end-to-end through prototyping, validation, implementation, launch, and continuous iteration.
•Create modern user experiences for accessing content and communities on Reddit.
•Contribute to a Reddit design system and component library with UI best practices.
•Help build the technical foundation for future features and experiences.
•Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute across the full development cycle, including testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of web application development using JavaScript, TypeScript, or a relevant language.
•Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
•Experience with Web Components or LitElement (preferred).
•Experience with one or more general-purpose languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, Go, or Scala.
•BS in Computer Science or a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
