Own the Employer and B2B Partner onboarding and growth experience for corporate clients and strategic partners. Lead the roadmap for activation, engagement, and retention; define self-service capabilities; manage the B2B Admin Portal; and drive workplace engagement via automated triggers and internal tools. Partner with Sales and Customer Success using product and technical enablement, and identify AI-driven automation opportunities to streamline onboarding, data processing, and support workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the product roadmap for Employer and Partner-facing solutions, focusing on activation, engagement, and retention.
•Strategically own integration frameworks for third-party B2B partners to maintain preferred mental health integration status.
•Define and build scalable self-service onboarding capabilities that reduce internal implementation burden.
•Manage the B2B Admin Portal experience for eligibility management, usage trend visibility, and workforce insights.
•Provide sales enablement for Sales and Customer Success, and identify AI-driven automation opportunities to streamline onboarding and support workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 122,400 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3-5+ years of experience in Product Management, Solutions Architecture, Program Management, or Sales Engineering in B2B SaaS, enterprise tools, or employee benefits/wellness platforms.
•Experience shipping and managing client-facing dashboards, configuration systems, or third-party integrations (APIs/SSO).
•Demonstrated systems thinking to design scalable onboarding frameworks across diverse employer clients and partner types.
•Ability to balance enterprise feature requests with long-term platform health and scalability.
•Strong relationship-building and comfort partnering with commercial teams to drive product adoption.
