Job Summary

Own end-to-end APAC partnership strategy to help internationally minded customers discover and adopt Wise. Identify high-intent customer segments, prospect and negotiate partnerships across APAC, and launch partnership campaigns with brand, growth, legal, and product teams. Define KPIs, use data to optimize funnel performance and long-term partner investment, and act as the local partnerships expert while sharing insights with global teams to drive measurable customer acquisition and growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute APAC partnership strategy across consumer partnerships to drive discovery and adoption of Wise.
•Own, optimize, and grow partnership verticals with autonomy in collaboration with the global team.
•Prospect, qualify, and develop partner relationships across Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, and broader APAC markets; manage the full partnership lifecycle from outreach to optimization.
•Oversee end-to-end launch of partnership campaigns, partnering with brand, regional growth, legal, and product teams for successful delivery.
•Define and track partnership KPIs, use data to improve performance, and maintain long-term partner relationships for expansion and renewal.

Salary: SGD 7,100 monthly

•Proven experience sourcing, negotiating, and executing partnerships that deliver measurable commercial outcomes, with APAC experience strongly preferred.
•Commercial acumen to structure and close deals, evaluate customer and business impact, and make sound investment decisions.

•Strong relationship-building skills across external partners and internal stakeholders, including navigating different cultures and business environments.
•Analytical mindset with comfort using data to identify trends and translate insights into strategies and forecasts.
