Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary QMA interface with the program, customers, supporting Integrated Product Teams, and in-country supplier quality managers.
  • •Engage strategically and tactically on quality, cost, and schedule performance; develop and implement QMA plans that affect program execution.
  • •Provide guidance and leadership for technical quality, financial performance, and compliance with Raytheon procedures and contractual requirements.
  • •Lead quality of delivered products/services, manage quality risks and customer expectations, and direct resolution of QMA-related matters.
  • •Oversee RCCA and FRACAS activities, apply statistical process controls for key product characteristics, and manage quality performance for EAC planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in STEM and twelve (12) years of relevant experience in quality or engineering within the defense industry.
  • •U.S. citizenship is required, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • •Minimum 6 years’ customer interface management experience (e.g., Acquisitioned Customers, DCMA).
  • •EVMS certification and experience with earned value performance-to-cost, schedule, and technical performance, including cost accounting methodologies.
  • •Experience establishing cost estimates and Basis of Estimates (BOE), with experience across production and design phases.
