•Develop enterprise-wide procurement practices, including category sourcing strategies and sustainable purchasing methods.
•Create and communicate sourcing strategy and perform category analytics aligned to business and corporate plans.
•Lead and manage RFx processes (RFP/RFI/RFQ), including project management, negotiations, and award process.
•Review, draft, and administer contracts and agreements (e.g., NDAs, master agreements, statements of work), including ongoing contract administration.
•Manage supplier performance and compliance, including scorecards, supplier rationalization, supplier activity reporting, spend analysis, and audit support.

Salary: USD 95,600 - 162,400 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement (or equivalent education and work combination).
•Proficiency with MS Office (advanced Excel) and experience with ERP systems/PeopleSoft.
•Strong knowledge of procurement philosophies and supply chain management, plus contract terms and conditions.
•Advanced negotiation skills and ability to work with cross-functional, diverse teams.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Finance preferred; MBA or CSCP/CPM is a plus.
