Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI Platform powering the Intelligent Agreement Management platform.
  • •Lead company-wide AI platform initiatives with product orgs (including B2I, CLM, IAM) to deliver shared investments that accelerate adoption and reduce duplicated effort.
  • •Drive global AI strategy to enable AI globalization and enterprise-ready AI experiences across international markets.
  • •Build the foundational customer admin platform interface for AI assistants and autonomous agents, including observability, knowledge integration, and extensibility.
  • •Shape the enterprise usage framework (administrative controls, policy management, governance, MCP integration, compliance, and configurable controls) and establish platform metrics for adoption and quality using data and experimentation.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in product management.
  • •5+ years building enterprise SaaS software, AI platform, or document intelligence management in the relevant domain.
  • •BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (MBA preferred).
  • •Experience building enterprise-grade AI-powered experiences and AI agent products, including defining metrics and leading AI platform products.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, and design teams, leveraging qualitative and quantitative feedback.
