Key Responsibilities

  • •Hire, develop, and retain a team of Technical Deployment Leads (TDLs) embedded in Financial Services engagements; run interviews and set delivery standards.
  • •Manage each TDL with regular 1:1s, expectations, feedback, and growth plans; build a bench to deliver without you.
  • •Own portfolio health and intervene early when delivery drifts; run engagement quality reviews.
  • •Hold executive customer sponsor relationships and run steering committees across the portfolio, representing Anthropic to senior business, risk, and engineering leaders.
  • •Lead the most complex engagements personally, set SOW/MVP scoping and value measurement bar, codify reusable playbooks and evaluation frameworks, and partner with Sales/Marketing on go-to-market materials; travel 25–50%.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years leading enterprise AI/ML delivery, with at least 3 years directly managing people who owned delivery outcomes.
  • •Track record building and leading technical delivery teams in enterprise environments, including embedded/forward-deployed teams at client sites.
  • •Delivered AI/ML/LLM-based agentic solutions into production and can evaluate real-world solution trade-offs.
  • •Depth in Financial Services, including how model risk, security, and compliance review shape what ships and credible communication with CIOs and risk leaders.
  • •Experience with value-based scoping (TCO/ROI) and post-deployment impact measurement, with executive presence and strong written/verbal communication.
