Specialty Lending Director

Lead underwriting authority and operational excellence across specialty lending products, including Custom Credit, Securities-Based Lending (SBL), and Partner Lending. Oversee end-to-end origination and servicing workflows, manage SLAs, and maintain credit policy and regulatory compliance. Drive negotiations for Partner Lending program agreements with external partners and collaborate with internal legal, compliance, and risk teams. Provide white-glove client experience while leading a team of managers and colleagues.
