Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive, stock, pick, pack and ship Sephora orders following SOPs to both retail stores and online customers.
  • •Follow safety, OSHA, and loss prevention policies; report safety violations to supervisors as needed.
  • •Maintain regular attendance and flexible scheduling, including overtime as required.
  • •Cross-train across receiving, picking, packing, put-away and shipping to support business needs.
  • •Provide high-quality internal and external customer service and collaborate with teammates.
