Key Responsibilities

•Participate in designing recommendation systems to improve development efficiency, performance, scalability, and recommendation effectiveness.
•Optimize backend systems and services for data security, modularity, computational efficiency, and scalability.
•Troubleshoot production systems and implement mechanisms and tools to ensure overall operational stability.
•Build distributed systems for reliable storage and computing infrastructure for massive data and large-scale business systems.
•Analyze user needs and develop software solutions using computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis techniques.

Key Requirements

•Completing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
•Strong software programming capabilities with good code design and coding style.
•Familiarity with at least one programming language: Go, Python, Java, or C++.
•Pragmatic understanding of data structures, algorithm design/analysis, networking, data security, and distributed, highly scalable systems.
•Interest in recommendation systems and experience or internship in performance and architecture optimization in high-traffic scenarios.
