Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy, owning core metrics including operator NPS, 0-90 day issue rate, and customer support cost reduction.
  • •Partner with Customer Support, Service & Installation, Engineering, Hardware, Research, Analytics, and Design to deliver holistic experiences for operators and exercisers.
  • •Drive alignment across the organization by communicating strategic decisions clearly to keep cross-functional partners informed.
  • •Analyze user data, research, testing, and competitive insights to define success metrics and design product experiments.
  • •Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through launch, translating user and business needs into requirements and success criteria while leveraging AI to prototype and iterate.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 2 years building commercial and/or B2B software experiences.
  • •Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills, using data to ground roadmaps and product decisions.
  • •Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work autonomously and lead initiatives in a collaborative environment.
  • •Ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems and come up with creative solutions for both operators and exercisers.
  • •Comfort with working iteratively by building and testing prototypes and engaging directly with customers to pressure test ideas.
