Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the multi-year product strategy for our payment solutions, aligned with global ambitions and local market dynamics; translate objectives into a prioritized roadmap balancing short-term wins with long-term investments.
•Act as the executive voice of the South Cone LatAm payments product across the organization—C-level alignment to cross-functional execution; shape product direction with market trends and regulatory shifts.
•Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers, setting clear expectations, coaching, and career development while establishing effective product practices across discovery, delivery, GTM, and performance monitoring.
•Own the product lifecycle from ideation through delivery, launch, and iteration; ensure balance between discovery work, backlog quality, and delivery execution.
•Drive cross-functional alignment with commercial, operations, finance, legal, compliance, marketing, and engineering to build scalable, compliant solutions and track KPIs like TPV, revenue, and margins.
