Lead and deliver multiple global programs for Adobe’s Global Site Operations (GSO), ensuring alignment with business priorities. Key Responsibilities

•Lead and deliver multiple global programs across Site Operations with seamless execution and alignment to business priorities.
•Oversee the GSO technology stack (finance, sustainability, asset management, service requests, CRM) and provide thought leadership and governance with the IFM vendor.
•Drive innovation by scaling automation, robotics, and AI pilots across global operations.
•Serve as a main point of contact across Digital Experience, Global Safety and Security, Brand Purpose (Sustainability), and PSXD teams to implement programs globally.
•Drive financial rigor across GSO through annual planning, quarterly forecasts, variance analysis, and corrective actions with FP&A and accounting partners.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 133,400 - 248,400 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of program management experience (or equivalent degree + experience), ideally in Site Operations, Space Management, Facilities, or other workplace functions.
•Coordinate extensive, worldwide initiatives with collaborators and vendor partners.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to anticipate risks and deliver proactive solutions.
•Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; influence and build trust across diverse teams.
•Manage competing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
