Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and deliver multiple global programs across Site Operations with seamless execution and alignment to business priorities.
  • •Oversee the GSO technology stack (finance, sustainability, asset management, service requests, CRM) and provide thought leadership and governance with the IFM vendor.
  • •Drive innovation by scaling automation, robotics, and AI pilots across global operations.
  • •Serve as a main point of contact across Digital Experience, Global Safety and Security, Brand Purpose (Sustainability), and PSXD teams to implement programs globally.
  • •Drive financial rigor across GSO through annual planning, quarterly forecasts, variance analysis, and corrective actions with FP&A and accounting partners.

Salary: USD 133,400 - 248,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of program management experience (or equivalent degree + experience), ideally in Site Operations, Space Management, Facilities, or other workplace functions.
