Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise the crew in cleaning and maintaining the vessel and oversee repair or replacement of dredge parts.
  • •Work according to HSE requirements, respond to Q/HSE reports, and implement solutions for addressed issues.
  • •Delegate responsibilities to Bosun and Leading Hand, assess performance, and introduce efficiency improvement activities.
  • •Execute safely the connection of dredge pipelines according to NMDC systems and procedures.
