Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting at the Tyson RVI-Harmony rendering plant to keep equipment and facilities running reliably. Maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; repair pumps, valves, cylinders, and conveyors; and complete facility upkeep such as plumbing and carpentry. Follow SOPs, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements, maintain accurate maintenance records, and coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and support operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventive maintenance (lubrication, inspections, adjustments, and replacements) to prevent breakdowns and maintain performance.
•Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and mechanical issues, diagnose problems, and implement repairs or adjustments to reduce downtime.
•Conduct electrical maintenance, including troubleshooting circuits and replacing fuses, switches, and motors; complete basic electrical repairs.
•Repair and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems and other mechanical components (pumps, valves, cylinders, and conveyors).
•Assist with installation, setup, and calibration of new equipment; perform facility maintenance (plumbing, carpentry, general building maintenance) and maintain maintenance records.
