Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as primary point of contact for health and safety queries at ASOS offices.
  • •Lead implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ISO 45001:2018 management system, including internal audits.
  • •Conduct workplace, events, and fashion shoot risk assessments and provide risk-based advice to stakeholders.
  • •Oversee H&S for contractor and supplier activities, including RAMS review/approval, onboarding, and performance monitoring.
  • •Maintain emergency procedures, own incident reporting and investigation, and track H&S metrics to identify trends and improve performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Experience producing and reviewing risk assessments and method statements.
  • •Experience producing and reviewing policies, procedures, and guidance for ISO 45001:2018 certified management systems.
  • •Strong working knowledge of UK health and safety legislation.
  • •A NEBOSH qualification (diploma preferred, but not essential) and IOSH membership.
