Job Summary

Architect and deliver Microsoft 365 Copilot and agent-based workplace transformation solutions for clients. Partner with account teams to shape, sell, and coordinate proposition delivery, including roadmaps, RFP responses, workshops, and client success support. Design and develop Power Platform and Copilot Studio agents using low and pro-code extensibility, translating business requirements into technical M365 solutions while helping share Copilot and extensibility best practices across the global team.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with account teams to shape, sell, and coordinate delivery of Copilot and agent propositions that address client challenges.
•Develop pragmatic Copilot solutions and roadmaps aligned to client business needs and Microsoft investment value.
•Support the selling and implementation of Copilot propositions, including responding to RFPs and delivering client presentations.
•Design and develop Power Platform solutions, Copilot Studio agents, and Teams Toolkit Agents to meet client requirements.
•Lead a team of experts and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality end-to-end technical solutions, translating business requirements into M365-based implementations.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience architecting and supporting sales of Copilot solutions.
•Expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, including prompts, agents, and how they are implemented and governed.
•Expertise in Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and Power Platform products.
•Experience designing workplace content and knowledge management strategy, including security and governance underpinned by M365.
•Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills, with critical thinking and troubleshooting ability.
