Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with account teams to shape, sell, and coordinate delivery of Copilot and agent propositions that address client challenges.
  • •Develop pragmatic Copilot solutions and roadmaps aligned to client business needs and Microsoft investment value.
  • •Support the selling and implementation of Copilot propositions, including responding to RFPs and delivering client presentations.
  • •Design and develop Power Platform solutions, Copilot Studio agents, and Teams Toolkit Agents to meet client requirements.
  • •Lead a team of experts and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality end-to-end technical solutions, translating business requirements into M365-based implementations.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience architecting and supporting sales of Copilot solutions.
  • •Expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, including prompts, agents, and how they are implemented and governed.
  • •Expertise in Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and Power Platform products.
  • •Experience designing workplace content and knowledge management strategy, including security and governance underpinned by M365.
  • •Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills, with critical thinking and troubleshooting ability.
