Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, and support contract negotiation processes for different departments.
  • •Conduct legal research and analysis on legal/compliance developments and recommend courses of action.
  • •Advise the company on litigation and commercial legal issues, supporting business units with legal advice.
  • •Develop and implement legal T&Cs, policies, and guidelines to protect the group’s interests and ensure compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years’ post-qualification experience from reputable law firms or MNCs.
  • •Qualified in Hong Kong or the United Kingdom.
  • •Experience in general commercial and commercial transactions.
  • •Experience dealing with regulatory practice relating to international businesses.
  • •Strong attention to detail and excellent presentation and interpersonal skills; able to work independently or in a team.
