Job Summary

Support Lalamove’s Legal team with drafting and reviewing commercial legal documents, advising business units on litigation and commercial legal issues, and guiding contract negotiations. Conduct legal research on developments affecting operations, develop and implement legal T&Cs, policies, and guidelines for compliance, and provide legal training to stakeholders. Assist senior lawyers and help administer the Legal team’s work.

•Draft, review, and support contract negotiation processes for different departments.
•Conduct legal research and analysis on legal/compliance developments and recommend courses of action.
•Advise the company on litigation and commercial legal issues, supporting business units with legal advice.
•Develop and implement legal T&Cs, policies, and guidelines to protect the group’s interests and ensure compliance.
•Provide legal training to business stakeholders on key legal issues and best practices.

Key Requirements

•1-3 years’ post-qualification experience from reputable law firms or MNCs.
•Qualified in Hong Kong or the United Kingdom.
•Experience in general commercial and commercial transactions.
•Experience dealing with regulatory practice relating to international businesses.
•Strong attention to detail and excellent presentation and interpersonal skills; able to work independently or in a team.
