Job Summary

Design and execute comprehensive QA test plans, test cases, and scripts (manual and automated) across web, mobile, and API layers. Validate ServiceNow configurations (ITSM, ITOM, CSM), build and maintain automated test frameworks with ServiceNow ATF, and perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and exploratory testing. Work with developers in sprint cycles to raise defects early, manage defects in Jira, and support CI/CD test automation while ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.
