Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end creation of Help Centre articles and feature release communications for Fresha partners.
  • •Partner with Product Managers to develop feature understanding and translate complex product information into clear content.
  • •Support go-to-market through content for new product launches and contribute to UX copy with Product, Marketing, and Design teams.
  • •Write Fresha Academy video scripts that help partners confidently use the platform.
  • •Manage content projects from idea to delivery, coordinating across teams to ensure readiness for product launches.
