Job Summary

Partner with TikTok’s overseas payments business to design and manage related-party transactions, build forecasting models for payment entities, and analyze P&L profitability. Monitor financial compliance metrics, identify latent risks, and recommend actions to support decision-making across finance, payment, and partner teams. Help evaluate new business entities and capital structures, and continuously improve workflows, data standards, and analytical efficiency using advanced tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, manage, forecast, and analyze related transactions between financial and payment entities, including operation processes, settlement systems, and analysis monitoring systems.
•Build and maintain payment entity financial forecasting templates, applying business data rules and metric systems, and provide regularly produced forecast results with monthly tracking.
•Monitor monthly financial compliance metrics for payment entities, flag warning signals from closing results, identify latent risks, and propose solutions.
•Evaluate new business entity selection and assess related-party transaction income/expense matching, including efficient compliance and equity structure analysis.
•Continuously optimize workflows, data standards, and analytical efficiency using advanced tools and systems.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
•More than 5 years of working experience in fintech with expertise in financial analysis, accounting/reporting, and payment business forecasting and financial modeling.
•Professional finance or accounting certification required (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA, CMA).
•Experience with budget-to-actual variance analysis and financial performance analysis for payment businesses.
•Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems, and financial/data analysis tools, plus strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
