Provide pricing, show and promotion information, proactively resolve guest concerns, upsell experiences, run guest surveys on a tablet, and support safety readiness while working outdoors in varying weather.

Key Responsibilities

•Welcome guests and engage with them to understand requests.
•Manage queue lanes efficiently and operate turnstiles to support smooth entry/exit.
•Sell tickets and products via a computerized POS system and handle cash, vouchers, credit card, and listed foreign currencies.
•Provide pricing, promotions, and shows information; suggest options to enhance the guest experience.
•Resolve guest concerns in line with the guest complaint policy and conduct guest surveys on a company-provided tablet.

Key Requirements

•Higher secondary or equivalent.
•Minimum 1-year operational experience in a guest or customer service setting.
•Cash handling experience.
•Theme park/water park experience.
•Fluency in English and a genuine passion for guest satisfaction.
