Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver full-cycle ERP Business System Analyst implementation experience for end users.
  • •Set up Odoo apps for existing clients and instruct end users on usage.
  • •Analyze clients’ business operations to map processes to Odoo solutions and quantify implementation resources.
  • •Project manage ERP implementations, including integrations across systems (e.g., Sales, CRM, E-commerce, supply chain, manufacturing, inventory, POS, accounting).
  • •Collaborate with Odoo developers and clients on UAT and end-user training; occasionally advise sales on complex implementations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • •At least 1 year of experience as a Business System Analyst or in a relevant role.
  • •Strong planning, process mapping, and communication skills with the ability to make decisions based on new information.
  • •SQL relational database literacy and familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) use cases.
  • •Ability to implement ERP/software and project manage client implementations; 1–5 years aligned experience is preferred.
