Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive category product strategy across Refrigeration, Cooking, and Dacor, including ownership of monthly sales targets and profitability.
  • •Manage PM team to meet product and overall category objectives and deliver the master category strategy.
  • •Conduct customer and market planning: collaboration, market analysis, competitive landscape, channel inventory analysis, and P&L/budget management.
  • •Lead go-to-market cross-team coordination (TTM process) and represent the category with national accounts and top customer meetings.
  • •Manage product lifecycle and launch planning, including lineup strategy, distribution/retail strategy, pricing positioning, specs/messaging, and inventory management.
