Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead preparation of project plans, schedules, budgets, and cash-flow forecasts and support business cases, feasibility studies, and sensitivity analyses.
  • •Oversee day-to-day project activities to ensure compliance with approved scope, timelines, and cost parameters; monitor progress and escalate deviations with corrective actions.
  • •Assist with technical specifications, Invitations to Tender, and techno-commercial bid evaluations; support basic engineering packages, site layouts, and process route assessments.
  • •Ensure project documentation, communication, and reporting follow ES’s Integrated Management System and governance requirements; maintain accurate project records and correspondence.
  • •Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to support tendering, clarifications, vendor evaluations, and timely project document transmission.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
  • •10 years of experience in project engineering, project coordination, or EPC project execution.
  • •Experience in steel, heavy industry, or large-scale industrial projects is preferred.
  • •English and Arabic language capability.
  • •Demonstrated accountability and problem-solving to manage project KPIs and governance requirements.
