Job Summary

Serve as the liaison between Finance, business stakeholders, and IT while providing day-to-day production support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, support month-end/financial close activities, develop functional requirements, and coordinate functional/regression testing. Monitor interfaces to protect data integrity, create documentation and BI/reporting support, and help automate repetitive tasks to improve operational efficiency in a fast-paced ERP environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide day-to-day production support for Oracle EBS financial applications and related business processes, collaborating with end-users, Help Desk, technical teams, and external support providers.
•Support financial close cycles (including month-end close activities) with proactive and reactive troubleshooting.
•Create and maintain process documentation and knowledge base materials.
•Develop functional requirements/specifications and build test scenarios and test cases; coordinate functional and regression testing for fixes and enhancements.
•Monitor system interfaces to ensure data integrity and timely issue resolution; support reporting needs and assist with automation to improve operational efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 130,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
•3–5 years supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Financials, or comparable ERP financial systems in production/business support.
•Strong understanding of financial processes and systems, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
•Experience with ERP issue resolution, data analysis, testing, documentation, and business user support.
•Basic SQL knowledge and ability to troubleshoot system/data issues, identify root causes, and partner with business and technical teams.
