Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up, adjust, and operate CNC machine tools (engine lathes, mills, CNC lathes, drill presses) and perform deburring.
  • •Run machining operations such as drilling, tapping, reaming, and boring while maintaining dimensional accuracy.
  • •Create and run CNC machine setups using specific programs via DNC, following part numbers and work instruction sheets.
  • •Work from engineering drawings and specifications, including understanding geometric tolerance, and complete inspection paperwork.
  • •Rotate among machines as needed, perform Lean/continuous improvement and 5S, and comply with all safety requirements.
