Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform 'Greet and Meet' activities for aircraft transits at EIS and transfer technical know-how to line maintenance
  • •Assist airlines with technical inquiries by analyzing issues and proposing solutions, including standby support for AOG and incidents
  • •Represent Airbus with the airline across technical levels (maintenance engineering, flight operations, training, spares) and establish/maintain working relationships through regular visits
  • •During EIS, relay technical events/snags to Airbus and provide information to improve aircraft maturity
  • •Maintain communication with Airbus departments and the Field Service team, gather intelligence, and contribute to Airbus management understanding and image-building

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor in Engineering, Business, or financing
  • •5 years in the aerospace and aviation industry, including AIRBUS fleet product experience
  • •Aircraft spares working experience (plus)
  • •Strong presentation skills and good writing/verbal skills
  • •High flexibility to work in different cities and good communication in Chinese and English
