Job Summary

Lead and support pension risk transfer settlement transactions across buy-ins, buy-outs, wind-ups, longevity swaps, and consolidation/capital solutions. Own delivery across timelines and budgets while managing relationships with trustees, sponsors, and other transaction advisers. Advise clients on their “Journey to Settlement”, contribute to new business and initiatives, and help develop propositions, strategies, and team growth through coaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as senior support or lead transaction adviser on pension risk transfer settlement transactions (buy-ins, buy-outs, wind-ups, longevity swaps, consolidation/capital solutions).
•Run transactions to ensure delivery on time and on budget, and lead relationships with transaction stakeholders.
•Advise clients on their strategic “Journey to Settlement”, including feasibility and preparation to approach the settlement market.
•Develop relationships with external stakeholders (trustees, sponsors, and other transaction advisers) to create settlement opportunities.
•Support new business initiatives and marketing/media engagement, and coach/mentor direct and indirect reports to develop future leaders.
