Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as senior support or lead transaction adviser on pension risk transfer settlement transactions (buy-ins, buy-outs, wind-ups, longevity swaps, consolidation/capital solutions).
  • •Run transactions to ensure delivery on time and on budget, and lead relationships with transaction stakeholders.
  • •Advise clients on their strategic “Journey to Settlement”, including feasibility and preparation to approach the settlement market.
  • •Develop relationships with external stakeholders (trustees, sponsors, and other transaction advisers) to create settlement opportunities.
  • •Support new business initiatives and marketing/media engagement, and coach/mentor direct and indirect reports to develop future leaders.
