Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead month-end closing and prepare monthly reports, including monthly consolidated financial statements, cash flow statements, and management reporting.
  • •Analyze financial information to provide accurate and timely financial reports for management decision-making.
  • •Lead the team to meet financial reporting deadlines and ensure internal control policies and procedures are in place.
  • •Assist with development and implementation of best-practice financial processes, procedures, and financial systems and reports.
  • •Collaborate with internal parties for information needed for analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting; liaise with internal and external parties; handle ad hoc tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •B.S. or B.A. in accounting, finance, economics, or business; advanced degrees, including CPA, are a plus.
  • •Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in accounting and/or treasury; audit experience is a plus.
  • •Advanced Excel and financial modeling experience.
  • •Excellent analytical, project management, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • •Detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-growth environment; good command of spoken and written English.
