Job Summary

Apply QHSES Assurance knowledge to support routine assignments with moderate guidance. Conduct scheduled audits, report results, and update or develop procedures and work instructions. Help build statistical tools to monitor KPIs, quality indicators, and COQ, and perform root-cause analysis for processing issues using Lean principles. Lead/coach process owners, support management systems and EDMS document governance, and present quality improvement results to site leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform monthly audits per plan and report timely results.
•Update and prepare procedures and work instructions; maintain and govern management system documents in EDMS.
•Develop and maintain KPI/QI/COQ reporting and supporting statistical tools for monitoring performance.
•Lead root-cause analysis and process improvement implementation using Lean problem-solving, corrective actions, and verification audits.
•Administer EDMS training, coordinate document repositories, and present management system results to leadership.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferred) or relevant field of study.
•5+ years of industry experience related to EPC construction or fabrication.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and ability to synthesize complex technical information.
•Lean/Continuous Improvement understanding and ISO Auditor experience (9001/14001/45001) with internal auditor training.
