Job Summary

Oversee all Health & Fitness operations at the club, lead Fitness Team Leads, Coaches, Personal Trainers and Group Exercise instructors, drive revenue targets across PT, GX, MYZONE and supplements, ensure high-quality service and safety, and foster a motivating environment for staff and members.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver PT revenue targets (PTC & PTS) and ensure GX, MYZONE and Supplement revenue targets are met.
•Ensure operational efficiency, safety and quality in all Health & Fitness processes.
•Drive continuous improvement inCustomer experience and engagement across the club.
•Lead and develop Fitness Team Leads, Coaches, Personal Trainers and Group Exercise instructors.
•Ensure timely delivery of new and enhanced Health & Fitness products and offerings.

Key Requirements

•Applicants must possess strong knowledge and 3-4 years of experience in managing Health & Fitness teams.
•Must demonstrate expertise in selection, recruiting of talent pool and team building / bonding.
•Must offer solutions to specific case issues pertaining to PT, PTS and other revenue streams.
•Must be well versed with international standards and requirements and training delivery.
•Strong knowledge of fitness equipment, exercise programming and nutrition.
