Key Responsibilities

  • •Craft classic and innovative signature cocktails with fresh garnishes and syrups, ensuring strict recipe consistency and prompt high-standard service.
  • •Welcome guests warmly, provide personalized recommendations, and use suggestive selling to promote premium products.
  • •Complete daily opening and closing procedures, maintain stock levels, support monthly inventory counts, minimize waste, and control beverage costs.
  • •Keep the bar counter, equipment, refrigeration, and glassware sanitized, organized, and compliant with HACCP and local health and safety regulations.
  • •Partner with culinary and service teams for food and beverage pairings, participate in menu engineering, and support team efforts during high-volume shifts and private events.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or an equivalent.
  • •In-depth knowledge of international spirits, wines, beers, liqueurs, and mixology techniques.
  • •Proven expertise in advanced cocktail preparation, presentation, and seasonal menu development.
  • •Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage guests, handle feedback, and drive upselling.
  • •Full understanding of food safety, hygiene regulations, responsible alcohol service, and availability for shift work, weekends, and holidays.
