Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement enterprise procurement and category management practices across spending categories, including sourcing strategy and sustainable purchasing methods.
  • •Partner with Category Managers to set, communicate, and track adherence to category strategy; mentor them on industry knowledge development.
  • •Lead end-to-end sourcing events (RFP/RFI/RFQ, renewals, and new product negotiations), including project management and award processes.
  • •Handle contract review, drafting, and creation of agreements (e.g., NDAs, Master Agreements, Statements of Work) and lead negotiation and ongoing contract administration.
  • •Ensure adherence to procurement processes and compliance requirements; manage supplier performance through reporting/scorecards and provide procurement metrics for audits.

Key Requirements
