Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide compliance oversight and credible challenge across strategic multi-country compliance risks as part of the American Express Compliance Program.
  • •Track compliance program activities, including regulatory testing tracking of results and highlighting action items.
  • •Track and publish new product scoping reviews and challenges conducted by the LOBCO team.
  • •Support issue events and the remediation framework, including reporting ICS-owned multi-market issues and ensuring LECO engagement.
  • •Support the Risk Performance Rating process by understanding and assessing compliance risks and reviewing performance metrics and market impact.
