Key Responsibilities

  • •Support on-trade sales and marketing initiatives, including brand launches and new product development for equipment technical specifications and quality standards.
  • •Provide efficient technical support to internal and external customers in a customer service culture.
  • •Install, maintain, and repair drinks dispense equipment across multiple outlets.
  • •Complete works requested by the planning and support team and/or the Customer Service Manager.
  • •Perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance, COP tasks, fault finding and repairs, and complete paperwork and reports within service level agreements.
