Work field-based with a focus on customer service and delivering efficient technical support to internal and external customers. Support on-trade sales and marketing initiatives with equipment technical specifications and quality standards, complete planned preventative/reactive maintenance, perform fault finding and repairs, and ensure required paperwork and reports are finished to service level agreements.
