Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive technology design, implementation, execution, and optimization of wireless network projects and accounts to accelerate customer outcomes.
  • •Assist customers with integration and implementation of Cisco technologies; translate business requirements into solution designs.
  • •Build and use test environments to resolve sophisticated problems and compatibility issues; validate solutions via customer simulations.
  • •Take ownership of customer account from requirement workshop to delivery of outcomes, influencing solution architectures and service transitions.
  • •Build and review project deliverables (design recommendations, high- and low-level designs, and implementation/change management plans) and act as a focal point for major problem resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Experienced knowledge in wireless RF design and wireless network design for large enterprises, stadiums, and industrial environments.
  • •Proven experience leading large WLAN migration projects and complex Pre-Deployment Inspection (PDI) and optimization engagements.
  • •Proficiency with technologies such as Wi-Fi 7 and programmability of networks.
  • •Hands-on product knowledge of Cisco Wi-Fi 7 access points, Catalyst 9800 wireless controllers, Meraki cloud dashboard, Campus gateway, and Catalyst Centre.
  • •Ability to work without supervision with little instruction on routine and new assignments (may support PST timezone depending on customer needs).
