Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, monitor, maintain, and optimize SAP S/4HANA systems in the Sovereign Cloud environment.
  • •Support multi-system landscape architectures and integrations across heterogeneous technologies.
  • •Assist with system implementations, upgrades, patching, refreshes, and ongoing operational support.
  • •Investigate incidents, contribute to problem resolution, and support root cause analysis activities.
  • •Provide on-call support for incidents and performance degradations in a rotational 24/7 support model.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •SAP S/4HANA hands-on experience, including implementation, upgrade, or support.
  • •Experience supporting SAP systems running on Windows, Linux, and SAP HANA environments.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Involvement with Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and testing activities.
  • •Willingness to work in a 24/7 operational environment with shift rotations and on-call duties, and willingness to undergo a governmental security clearance process.
