Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients and teammates to deliver strong client experience, listening for financial wellness opportunities and providing customized recommendations.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals while driving client acquisition and relationship expansion.
  • •Open and service banking products, including consumer checking, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Partner with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to deepen relationships and manage internal and external centers of influence.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, support branch operations (including teller assistance as needed), and help with branch huddles and debriefs.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year of experience building new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and developing referral sources.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques such as tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Comfortable interacting with small business clients and asking fact-finding questions to be helpful.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web browsing).
