Lead day-to-day sales activities on the store floor by delivering exceptional customer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model. Coach a positive team culture, assist across store departments (including POS, merchandising, and stockroom operations), and work with store management to achieve personal and team sales goals.
