  • •Make trade-offs across quality, latency, cost, reliability, safety, and UX while partnering with ML and engineering.
  • •Define and evolve evaluation frameworks using offline metrics, online experiments, and human feedback.
  • •Own product quality end-to-end by identifying failure modes and ensuring predictable, recoverable AI behavior.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong computer science fundamentals and system design skills.
  • •Solid understanding of modern ML and how AI systems behave in production.
  • •Comfort reading technical designs and engaging deeply with engineers on architectures.
  • •Experience owning complex technical products end-to-end, including AI/LLM-based systems.
