Counsel – Settlement Team

Lead and manage complex product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort settlement matters from initial negotiations through final claim resolution and program closure. Serve as primary legal and operations lead, developing settlement structures and eligibility criteria, negotiating and drafting settlement documents, and resolving claimant disputes. Oversee settlement implementation and claims administration, including workflow and quality assurance, while managing teams of nurse paralegals and other attorneys and performing claims data analysis.
