•Lead, manage, and mentor the IT and DevOps functions to drive technical and operational excellence.
•Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery and deployment.
•Ensure security, reliability, and scalability of cloud-based and on-premise infrastructure.
•Oversee IT operations including system administration, network management, and technical support.
•Collaborate with software development teams and implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to improve the development lifecycle and system health.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 165,400 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in a senior role such as an IT Manager or DevOps Manager.
•Extensive hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
•Strong expertise in CI/CD principles and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Azure DevOps.
•Proficiency with containerisation and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
•Solid understanding of infrastructure as code (Terraform or Ansible), networking, IT security, and system administration.
