Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead large-scale, multi-year IT programs and highly complex projects across multiple teams, vendors, and business functions.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery accountability, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality.
  • •Develop and maintain integrated program plans, dependencies, milestones, and critical paths.
  • •Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and trade-offs, escalating with options and recommendations.
  • •Facilitate executive steering meetings, status reviews, decision forums, and mentor/coaching for project managers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (or equivalent experience).
  • •8+ years managing enterprise-level IT projects within a PMO.
  • •Strong command of both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • •PMP, Prince2, Six Sigma, or similar certification.
  • •Familiarity with ERP (SAP), CRM (Salesforce), eCommerce (Commerce Cloud), and integration solutions (Boomi).
