Key Responsibilities

  • •Work as part of a team to build and maintain data systems that reliably process large volumes of client financial data.
  • •Identify and resolve scale bottlenecks as data volumes grow.
  • •Collaborate with Product, Client Solution teams, and other engineering teams to deliver holistic client onboarding solutions.
  • •Communicate technical ideas clearly and collaborate on engineering direction for projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 142,000 - 178,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a backend software engineer, preferably with Python and/or Java and relational databases.
  • •Strong ownership and communication skills; ability to take ideas from inception through to production.
  • •Comfort working through data scale and performance issues, optimizing pipelines and workflows as data volume and complexity grow.
  • •Experience with data processing and analysis using PySpark or similar frameworks (preferred).
  • •Experience building data systems using Databricks and/or AWS (preferred).
