Job Function: Software Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Ship features across the AI engine orchestration layer, including prompt caching, automatic failover, and middleware that handles provider-specific quirks.
  • •Build resumable streaming infrastructure and implement retry logic that continues generation from the stopping point when providers fail mid-stream.
  • •Extend the workflow automation system with agent pause for human input, structured output extraction, and distributed loop orchestration using Redis.
  • •Work on cutting-edge infrastructure such as Model Context Protocol, agent-to-agent communication, and retrieval augmented generation pipelines with multiple vector stores.
  • •Own AI system behavior end-to-end in the product, including rendering performance, perceived latency, and how streaming tokens reshape UI in real time.

Salary: EUR 90,000 - 140,000 annually
